sun visors

Help! I'm really new to this beat thing and really need help! just restoring a beat to use as my first car and I'm finding it hard to find bits! already found a new roof through the site but could any one please tell me if i can buy sun visors as my beat has holes but nothing there! Also is there a hand book available in English by chance? Thanks.:help:
