I have recently got my hands on a center speaker assembly, but without its loom...

Does anyone have a pinout of the plug that fits this ??

or any advice on what fits ???

So far I have fitted a separate DAB unit that feeds the original stereo via the FM cable... the DAB unit also has AUX in and iPod control..

To boost the volume I have spliced in some simple ebay amplifier circuit boards... amplifies the noise as well as signal but in the Beat not an issue, means I can listen to music above the engine on the motorway (if I want to)

good luck on finding a 4" Bass speaker....assuming the paper cone is worse for wear

few pics of wiring that was in mine before i stripped it out

the wiring for the 120w system is complicated, look through the audio threads.
the dash speakers are split but not L /R....i 'think' that 1 speaker & tweeter from one side and 1 speaker from the other are linked and vice versa for Spatial sounds?
there also appears to be a lot of wires going to the Amp but not too sure what goes on with that.

If you can fit a 4.5" speaker in there, Tang Band makes a subwoofer that's supposed to be good down to 35hz.

And if you don't need that bottom octave.

These Daytons looks like they would do the trick as well
