I'm in a bit of a dilemma.

I'm looking at changing my Honda CR-v for something a bit more sporty, but its got to be fairly practical and have good motorway manners too. (noise etc)

Can't be too thirsty either, or if it is, it needs a big tank as I get tired of filling the CR-v every 300 miles.

I'm looking at the type Rs of each model, problem is as follows...

Integra - Love the looks and the drive, but would it drive me mad after a few hundred motorway miles?
Civic- Had one, Loved it, sold it, never seemed able to relax in it.
Accord - Not driven one, but not sure about the front end styling

Any help anyone????

ITR 240 to 250 miles per tank ( 24/25 mpg )

looks as if you should go ATR route then

What are your thoughts on the ATR?

Yeap still have my ITR, "my sensible car" Have managed to kill 2 front tyres in 3000 miles which is not good, and as i said its abit of a gas guzzler, compared with the Elise @ 32-35 mpg.

Have not lived with an ATR, but I know of a few minor niggles on them noises etc. but nothing major, Early pre-facelift cars run on 98 Ron whereas later are adjusted for 95 Ron.

Would you change the badge on the front?

I had a Celica 190 over in Holland. Good mpg as long as you keep the accelerator off the floor and 145 mph if you do floor it.

I foung it great on the autobahns
