New clutch, new exhaust?? Low cost insurance

Hi had my Beat since Oct 10 and going well but need advice. From cold without depressing the clutch it seems it is in gear when in neutral. I sit with the clutch pedal down for a couple of minutes and it´s fine after that and for the rest of the day. Wondered about a new clutch anyway at some stage so any contacts would be gratefully received. I live in East Northants. Also I have seen Beats in pics with twin exhausts which look great. Any recommendations? Contacts? ( For what it´s worth... Sure Team insurance will insure Beats as classics making the premium very reasonable, 200 quid less than others!) Oh, I am hooked on this car.....! Cheers, John
