Right bar that the 2 idler tensioner pulleys what torque do they need to be done up to? Other than that I think that is about it, engine is being dropped out and will be done on a workbench as the head from Mikei will be getting some mild work done at the same time.
Anything else I should be aware of at all?

45nm for both belt idler and tensioner Retaining bolts

Cheers again Steve have I missed anything from the above at all or is that all basis covered? I think crank pulley needs to come off doesn't it? What torque does the bolt for that need to be done up to?
Hopefully this will be everything covered fingers crossed

Crankshaft pulley bolt is 115Nm, thou you may need the special tool to get it undone. (Counter hold tool)
But if your taking the engine out, you could lock the crank at the flywheel ring gear.
You dont actually need to drop the engine to take the head off, but you can drop the engine out the bottom, leaving the transmission still in the car with shafts/suspension still in situ.
You will be able to find all other info you should need in the Engine Shop Manual.
