My Beat is going in for a service while im on holiday and I have a feeling it might need a new radiator as the new one I had custom...

Thanks guys - my dad found it in the end, he had to remove the bumper tho. Good thing however as he found that the new radiator i had fitted last year has broken away from its brackets and im losing...

I have that car! It's in the garage waiting to be fixed up. It was gonna be my first car - my dad got it for about 100 squid and was gonna do it up all spanking for me - but he never got round to...

yeah thanks for that, I've spoken to them via email about it already and I'll get the hood plus the fitting for around the 500 mark. Nice deal we got goin with these guys :D

Thats brilliant news - it looks as though itll be £500 well spent!

fingers crossed- its in the garage at the moment. They estimated 48 hours so lets hope they stick to it! Either way its better than a few months!

Who here has had a roof fitted by Oxted Trimming Company?

The garage I took it too mentioned getting it rebuilt somewhere and would cost about 100 quid. Is that still reliable? I don't wanna spend that much when it could just go downhill fast and I could...

Timing was sorted at the garage too :confused: aswell as the mixture...

The filter is new - I did that bit myself. and the garage I take it to is the garage my dad works at so I can trust that the right things are being done :p

lol....do you think they got annoyed coz it wouldnt go out ;) I know I was tempted!

As far as I know, when the car went to the garage to get the things I mentioned above sorted out, the ECU was checked and reset - it used to be on almost continuously before the visit to the garage...

Can I fit 14" alloys all round on the beat or do I have to have 14" on the back and 13" on the front? Also whats the technical information needed - i.e offset etc

Every so often the engine seems to hold back/hesitate - if you ease off the accelorator, you can normally drive...
