AC parts yes. exhaust is back on my car as there was no interest. might be tempted to remove it again if you're interested, i have modified it to fit around a sensor but can send pictures.

was originally footman james when it was unmodified, then when I chucked a load of bits at it I went to HIC and they matched the unmodified footman quote.
depends on useage but beats are eligible for classic insurance. I'm a little older than the aforementioned bracket but I pay £108 a year with a big ole list of modifications

always struggle to get non-track good small diameter tyres. start getting into 195/45/15's and you can get a decent selection of all round...
what's your valve clearances like?
I'd give the head a once over, check for stuck/sticky valves. clearances. get the intake off and check to see if they're all closing fully.

ECU was a proper mess, needed a lot of tracks repairing. ended up taking a few hours but it's back and repaired now

catalyst light won't affect engine running. it's not really needed for much other than the light on the dashboard
