    Beat Sound

My original stereo works but I'd really like to put a decent system in. Anyone know the easiest way to get CD stereo installed? All the places in Vancouver say the space is too small.

Which stereo do you have in your beat?

I put a CD Changer on mine and it works perfectly.

    Stereo

It's the original one. Should I try to find a CD changer that I can fit into the trunk and connect it to the original stereo? If I do that is it easy to control? Thanx for the help.

    Speakers

Also, I'm looking into putting new speakers into the original dashboard housings. Has anyone done that?

A clarion model cdc634 or 638 will do the job. In CD mode the radio preset buttons on the right select the disc and the fast forward/rewind buttons for the tape deck select the track. Alternatively I have a pioneer slot loading CD player under the dash controlled by a steering wheel remote.
