Think the previous owner tried to eat them, but there you go. Need a refurb. One's been kurbed, and all of them have lost the majority of their lacquer.
Tyre's would benefit from also being changed, as they've been stood in the greenhouse for over a year so the rubber has probably seen better days. One also has a slow puncture.
