    Typical

First day of the Beat back on the road after laid up for the winter, new cambelt and tensioner, full aircon system removed, waxoyled. Dreaming of a drive with the lid down.
Guess what.... it's persisting it down here in Cornwall, heavy rain for 2 days... bl**dy typical.
A true sports car should be designed so that when you sit in it you can put your arm over the side and touch your knuckles on the ground.

I think most of the twits who used to have BMW's are now in Audi's!

I've had a couple of close calls with other cars changing lanes around town. They seem to take half a look, miss seeing the Beat as it's so low, then wander why they get a toot of the horn!

The daylight running lights seem to have made quite a difference on the open road!

Gosh the last thing you need is another car almost written off.
Trouble is with jerks driving on the wrong side of the road, will be that one day they are gonna really hurt someone or worse.
Plus we need to keep as many Beats on the road.
Now that the sun is shining, this is the best time to enjoy our cars.
