    New Suspension arrived!

Just got my suspension through the door.

They are BC Racing V1 coilovers. They have pillowball top mounts all round and adjustable damping. I did not realise until I got them that they also have adjustible camber on the top mounts!

    Front Spring Rate : 4kg/mm (224lbs/in)

    Rear Spring Rate : 6kg/mm (336lbs/in)

The quality looks great, the finish is very good and looks like it should last a long time.

When I fit them I will let you know how they are in practice because you don't buy new suspension to look at it haha.

I have taken some pics incase you are interested.

No, I ordered them from Corby Motorsport.

I asked them which coilovers were best considering that I wanted build quality, durability and the ability to have them serviced in the UK if necessary and they recommended the BC's over the GAZ, plus the BC's come with pillowball top mounts and th GAZ's don't. He also said that he uses BC's on a couple of his track and drift cars and he found them excellent from his own personal experience.

They cost me £699 delivered and the guy Mike was very helpful and quick to reply to my email's which swayed my decision on who I would buy from. Aftersales and customer service always sway the deal for me!

    Thanks!

TADO you have the GAZ coilovers? How are they, is the ride ok on our roads with the coilovers?

One consolation is that your car is much shinier than mine haha!

I do plan on a respray this summer, but I want all of the other things done before I get one.

scottyd, how is the ride quality of these? Did it lower the height of the car much?

I'm thinking of getting a set for my daily driver.

I still haven't fitted them yet, my car is in the bodyshop at the moment and everything will be getting fitted after it comes out, including my suspension.

As soon a I try the car out on the new suspension I will let you know how it is ASAP.

    Nice coilovers.

Be prepared for a lots of bounce compared to stock. My Greddy coilovers are very stiff even on the softest setting.
