New Muffler
Quite quiet here lately so time to show my new do-it-yourself exhaust.

Very nice job! The 3-pipe setup goes with your obviously tricked out car. How does it sound? Do you get rear-end steering when you put the pedal down?
Past Hondas:
1960 125cc Honda Benly CB92R
1964 305cc Super Hawk CB77, the only vehicle I have ever bought new in my life!
Honda CB160, roadraced as 175cc 1967-1970.
Honda Lawnmower, bought used in 2003, caught fire and melted in 2005.

Cool, it looks like a mad max style trombone off the car 1st time I've seen a 3 pipe and great to see something a bit different. Are you noticing a performance and sound improvement?
-
Now here's a seriously bad idea for a muffler
JUST listed on Yahoo.jp and yours (including the bumper) for a mere 65000 yen

Thanks guys.
It's a little louder but low and deep toned, with a perceived slight power boost.
To save $ I used some of the original tubing (surprised it was twin-walled).
Total was under $100us as welding is free at my employment.

Thanks for sharing that Japhoo one Steve, that's a shocker! Still made me chuckle.

"with a perceived slight power boost"
Very honest description, it can be hard to judge and I think we can all kid ourselves at times Still looks good and money well spent.

What is that on the left hand side lower vent? A reverse camera???

Proximity sensor for backing up/parking. All those extra lights were forced upon me because the authorities won't accept the factory lights (JIS) as safe!
