    this Summers big run....

    after close on 6 months working away from home a long holiday is due.....

    off 24th May to cottage in France for LM24 Test day, scrutineering etc, week in Ypres for yearly ERC Rally then back down for LM Classic and returning 1th July at earliest.

    I reckon that's probably 2500 miles at least, hope its sunny every day

    what sort of average speed do you sit at? i swear anything over 60 feels like i'm going to take off :lol:

    60-65 usually, enough to pass trucks with the odd blast around 70 if it gets too busy.
    Way better with roof down at any speed.

    all packed up and ready....11pm ferry from Newhaven > Dieppe, hope its drier over there than here at moment

    Ypres excellent

    Have a couple of uk mates that normally do that event if it's a Tarmac one enjoy

    Blimey, 7 weeks flies by!!
    4143km, 211 litres fuel = 55 mpg

    Only the 2 small 'incidents'..…exhaust rotted at rear and lost the chrome trim, nothing a quick go with a grinder won't fix and lost 1 front bumper insert, possibly both on the same road.
