    Dead battery warning beeper!

Once again I left the lights on during the day a few days ago and came back today to a dead battery. Fortunately my neighbour gave me a jump and I got to my doctors appt on time. Can anyone tell me EXACTLY how to rig up a warning buzzer?

Where is that seat belt/safety control unit located?
