There are 2 shops in Japan that advertise rebuilt ones on Yahoo auctions (JP). Are you ready to pay about 350 euros plus postage and also send your old one back to them?

    Past Hondas:
    1960 125cc Honda Benly CB92R
1964 305cc Super Hawk CB77, the only vehicle I have ever bought new in my life!
    Honda CB160, roadraced as 175cc 1967-1970.
Honda Lawnmower, bought used in 2003, caught fire and melted in 2005.

Seals and bearings are usually standard off the shelf items. You should be able to find someone who'll service it.

I would certainly be wanting to understand what is actually wrong with the compressor, as just replacing with another second hand one may not get you a working system.

Could be electrical : Mag Coil pack burnt out/melted? Clutch plate worn/broken? Thermo protector blown?

Could be mechanical : Bearings/shaft seized? pistons seized?

As others have said A/C compressor can be overhauled. Some parts from Honda are still available as well as ones from specialist as it will just be a denso or Sandon unit.
