Picture thread - Pictures of Beats you've found around the internets

Thought it might be good to share some pictures of beats you've found on your travels, they're a lesser spotted beast amongst the usual car blogs.

one rule - no pictures of your own car. anything else goes!

    here's one for starters

This one has a massive ammount of modifications I do think the body mods have gone a bit too far but there is still some very nice bits on it

Thought this was pretty crazy having a baby seat mounted in this honda beat

This is a link to his minkara blog, loads of changes since these pics

been deliberating wheel sizes lately (a lot) and reckon 14's are just about perfect, can get A048's in 185/55's too

this has a B16 in it!

shame i want to track mine as they do look good dropped on a set of 16's too

Are you sure a 185/55 would fit on the front?

I have 195/50 15s and they are catching on the arch liner at partial lock...
Ive a set of 14" Mugen CF48s with Toyo Proxie 888s I can try them to see how they work out for clearence on the front but I think they have a similar radius

I'll post some pics later but 185/60/14s scrub the arch liner on the front to I think 55s would be better but ideally 195 45 14s will be what I will run

be interested to see if the 195/45's fit tbh. from what i've seen they look too wide. plus there's no good track tyres anywhere near that size. unless you go to 15's and go 195/50 which are way too tall.

and it all depends on offset anyway....

the car in the opening post has 185/55/14 A048's and they seem to fit just fine

If you check my thread Ive 15x6.5j with 195/50 tires they dont poke out past the arches but they do hit the arch liner so will have to sort that

Heres a beat going through the jap auctions at the minute

yeah yours was what i was referring to, they don't really fit the arches from the pics, have you got any shots showing the poke?

I'll see what I can get hold of 185 55 14 was my first choice but went 60s as the tyre guy I use had them in new old stock, the 195 45 14 would be ok for me as don't intend on doing any track work with mine
