    Spare Wheel Tools

I was inspecting my spare tyre (which needs replacing) and I was wondering where does the handle for the jack and wheel brace go? I can see the the jack itself goes in that little cubby and you expand it so it stays there.

Will this tyre be the same as the one that comes with the BEAT (space saver)?

Mine live in the little tub that fits into the spare tire itself. If you don't have that, I would just toss the bag into the trunk, just aft of the battery. Nothing much else is going to fit there.

According to the owners manual the tool kit should live in the boot.

That tyre you linked to is the right size/rating for a beat space saver, it is a different make/tread pattern, but that would have no significant effect.

Ah the boot makes sense as I couldn't see any clips for the tools under the bonnet! I was just going to get that space saver as the original one is so badly cracked I wouldn't put it on a shopping trolley let alone a car The BEAT rarely travels very far so the tread pattern wouldn't bother me too much. Once again thanks!
