    Alloys

I got offered a set of alloys but I'm not sure will they fit on the front. They are 15 with 195/50/15 tyres. Any one has something close maybe.

I will go out on a limb here and say yes...I have 165/45/15 on the front with lowered sus.....can't imagine too much prob, BUT the offset is the big deal not just the PCD....as to whether they are going to rub during turning. Can you get a trial? If the offset is too shallow you can use spacers to pull them out, but the other way of course is NG.... check out my Beat pics for the clearance! Ijust jacked the back out to 185/65/15 and that's too much, oops! Looks good but bumps and corners rub....165/175 max 185 at 55-60 would be fine I feel. 195 is pushing it but if you can 'try them on'!

    Cheers

I tried ones off my brothers Integra today. They were the same size. The front ones need an offset cause the alloy is hitting the shock. Back was fine thou. Once the new shocks arive I might have a problem. I might go for it see what happens.

    Thanks for the reply Oz.

Just in case you hadn't read it already...I forgot about the down sus coming....best stay away from them them then max out at 165/60/15 or 165/50/15 to keep your turning radius... They look empty anyway, not much changes that...

Your right Oz but it was too late. They were cheap so I can always sell them at a profit, the front wheel wont turn even with a 10mm offset. The back ones are fine and the look great but I need some crazy spacer on the front. One of these bolt on things.

    Spacers

I had to put 15mm spacers on front and 20mm on back.
Available at most wheel centres, but you might have to use longer studs, I'm sure if you take them to a reputable co. they could sort them.

    studs

If I remember rightly, we had to fit the spacers to the hub first, then fit the wheels to the spacer and I had to grind all the bolts down first so the wheels would fit flush, a bit of messing about, but the whole car has been a challenge!

Well I'm having a bit of trouble getting the bolt on type spacers. If you could think of the name of the crowd you were dealing with, it would really help me.

I think Demon Tweeks in Wrexem do them but they don't list that item on the net, so I'm not sure.
