Hey,
Are Honda Beat's legal in Canada?
And, where can I find one for sale in Canada?
I've seen one here and I loved it, but someone bought it before me!
I live in Canada and now own 3 Beats (plus my 2 still in the UK). There is a dealer who services them in Toronto (or just north of it in Markham).
Transport Canada has maintained the regulations on the original post of the Canada thread found elsewhere on this board. Essentially, if it is older than 15 years, you can import it, so go ahead and get a 1991 (or even a 1992) BEat and bring it in. They are cheaper to import than to buy in Canada.

Does this Beat dealer have a website? I would like to see how much it would cost, etc. Thanks for everything!
Apparently they wont be letting more BEATS into BC, not sure about other provinces. (see attachments).
I brought mine in last year and wanted another one but now it seems virtually impossible. I guess the gov't hates competition.
A guy on Vancouver island just got one passed. The biggest issue is the Headlights and side marker lights (or lack of). He has a set of custom designed headlights that fit a Beat and are DOT approved, and has added small marker lights on the bumper. He recently passed the inspection with no issues.
