When i start my Beat there is a beeping sound (usually beeps about 6 times). when i started it yesterday it made an awful muffled bleep and since has gone quiet, could this be the start of something bad or just the heat??

Add water and it becomes a NSX!

This, Hopefully, is an easy one...
The bleeping is just a reminder for the driver to put the seatbelt on...
Under the dash (drivers side) is a small box with a green plug in it... if you unplug this then it stops bleeping.
It sounds like the bleeper is giving up, probably due to either the heat or overuse...

Hey guys sorry to but in on this thread a bit but i have a quick question for you. Does anyone else's stereo beap every 5 mins or so? it is really quite annoying.

Yes, mine seems to do it when it's searching for a decent reception* on the radio (could be wrong, though!)
