was having a look on OZs site and there are some nice Rays Engineering rims I wouldnt mine, but what Id like to know is is it ok to run 14 or 15 all round or should I keep the big at the back small at the front layout

Good taste!ive been after a set of Rays for quite some time! I want 14" all round, I think OZ has a article on his site about what sizes fit
