My motor is on the floor and here is the list of parts I apparently need:
-3 X standard ring set
-oil pick-up tube gasket
-clutch disk
-pressure plate
-throw-out bearing
-pilot bearing?
-rear main seal
-front crank seal


Spec.- connecting rod torque?
- main cap torque?

Does anyone have part #s or the specs?

This should help.

Crank seals and oil tube gasket come in gasket set.

Yes that's a great help. I appreciate it very much. Have to get back on the road, can't afford to drive any other car for gas mileage. -d

Thanx for the help Steve got it together with new valve seals and clutch etc. man is she running good and no longer burning any oil.
Now it's true Love.

After 1000 miles the oil is still clear and not burning a drop.
I only wish it was already Spring.
